Rich came by to review the work needed with me. He was very prompt in a quote and setting up the work needed. His employee, Darwin, was not only on time, but early!! He was very friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He did 5 projects around my house from hanging fans, to tv mounting, to garage organization. Upon completion, we walked through all the projects to ensure my satisfaction. Great work and customer service! I also had Joe here for a few electrical items. He was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with my experience with GEM Home Solutions and would definitely use them again.
